We will invite you to a daring new initiative that will push DJ- & live set streaming to a new level. After a successful string of charity livestreams from The Loft last March, we are now continuing and building out the concept as you know it. Together with our partner Pathé, we will start a new series of music streams from your favourite artists called the ‘Revere Series’. This time, we will broadcast the shows from historic heritage sites and other iconic locations across The Netherlands, and show them not just online, but in your local Pathé movie theatres as well. That means enjoying your DJ heroes and their performances in full cinema setting: including huge screen and perfect surround sound.

Leading off the Revere Series is longtime friend of Audio Obscura and all-round champion of electronic music: Joris Voorn. Audio Obscura has had the pleasure of having Joris crown many of our line ups in these past years, playing our shows everywhere from Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ to the Concertgebouw and The Loft. We’re thrilled to see the master of deep, melodic techno play another one of his spell-binding sets, this time from a UNESCO world heritage site: Kinderdijk. This landmark is known for its iconic 18th-century windmills and characteristically Dutch landscape.

DETROIT SWINDLE

Number two in our Revere Series is none other than the Amsterdam house aficionados of Detroit Swindle. The twosome will be playing their groove-laced selections at Het Scheepvaartmuseum, The Netherlands’ National Maritime Museum. Het Scheepvaartmuseum is a stunning monument, built in 1656, as an ode to the Dutch Golden Age. 

PATRICE BAUMEL

We’re joyed to present you one of Holland’s most beloved artists in electronica and deep techno: Patrice Bäumel. The affable Amsterdam resident is a veteran, spell-binding DJ with a knack for effortlessly setting the perfect mood on any given dance floor. His sound will reach new heights yet again, as Patrice will be playing his Revere show from the Euromast in Rotterdam. The 100-meter high observation tower will give you a sky-high panoramic view of Rotterdam while enjoying one of Holland’s greatest from the comfort of your cinema chair.
